These terms govern use of the LUFFLI website and orders placed through the store.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and prices clearly. Screen settings and production variation can affect appearance. If an obvious technical or pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment to correct or cancel the affected order and, where necessary, refund the amount paid.
Orders
Submitting payment is a request to purchase. An order may be subject to payment approval, fraud checks, inventory availability and fulfilment acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, the appropriate refund will be arranged.
Prices and currencies

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, LUFFLI is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control or by use of the website contrary to these terms.
